POULENC, of Paris and covered by export permit No.1397 G,

dated December 1st, 1937.

1 kilo tincture of opium in bottles of 250 grs.

The drugs shipped from France include 250 ampoules of .01

morphine hydrochloride in five boxes of 50 ampoules.

A copy

of the export permit to cover these ampoules has not yet

been received from France but will be forwarded without

delay.
